Well it has been a while since I posted something so I thought I would give a quick overview of what all went on this summer.
The summer started off with a week in New Orleans where I led worship for a Son Servants camp. From there shortly after returning Running Five played a show at Longmont’s Rhythm On The River music and arts festival, it was our first music festival and was a great experience big thanks to the City for putting it on and to Longmont Theater company for sponsoring the stage we played on. since then Running five has been laying low but soon we will be jumping back into the studio to work on a new EP.
I have had a few solo gigs thrown in one at the Rock N’ Soul Cafe in Boulder where I had the opportunity to play with local artist and worship Leader Luc DiMarzio, and Kevin Cott from Springfield Missouri. also to close out the month of July Drew West, and myself put on a benefit concert for Olivia Current who was recently diagnosed with leukemia; it was a great success and a great night also featuring Paul Beverage & Company. As for The Generation we are on working on writing, as well as taking it easy. Our Guitar Player Nate King shipped out to “Nashvegas” (Nashville) and we wish the best of luck to him, also our bass player Drew West shipped himself out to Zambia Africa, to be a missionary for the next three months we keep him in our prayers. Jesse and I However will still be doing acoustic worship sets around so be sure and keep your eye out.
Well that has been the summer in a nut shell. keep watching the tour page for show dates, and the blog for more updates.
